Our beautifully restored farmhouse comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests across 6 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The dining room seats up to 16, making it perfect for celebratory meals and gatherings. For larger groups, our sister property Madeline Farms is just 8 minutes away and can accommodate an additional 12 overnight guests, bringing your total to 24 guests across both properties.

Absolutely! Carriage Stone Farm is a premier destination for micro-weddings, family reunions, rehearsal dinners, executive retreats, and milestone celebrations of all kinds. Events of up to 50 guests are welcome on the property with prior approval. Please fill out our inquiry form and our team will be happy to help you begin planning.

Yes! Our culinary team from PORCH+VINE, guided by Executive Chef Matthew Chapman, offers a full range of on-site dining experiences including drop-off Breakfast Baskets, Luncheon Buffets, and dinner service in four formats including Drop-off Buffet, Attended Buffet, Family Style, and Plated. Please note that attended buffet, family style, and plated dinners may require booking additional staff services. All proposals are exclusive of taxes and gratuity.

Yes, respectfully and with guidance. Our rescue horses are beloved members of the Carriage Stone family and guests are warmly invited to experience their calm and grounding presence. For a more structured and immersive experience, we highly recommend booking The Ultimate Cowboy Experience with Cowboy Dylan at Rocking T Ranch, available daily on the property.

The Cowboy Experience is a 1.5-hour hands-on horsemanship adventure with Cowboy Dylan at Rocking T Ranch, right here on the Carriage Stone property. It includes hands-on grooming, groundwork, and riding activities designed for all skill levels. The experience is priced at $75 per person with a minimum of two people per booking. Yes! Carriage Stone guests are welcome to book farm experiences at our sister property Madeline Farms, just 8 minutes away. Available experiences include the Hayride and Farm Safari and Ranch It Up, a hands-on farm animal encounter. Yes. Guests participating in equine experiences including The Cowboy Experience and any interactions with the horses will be required to sign a waiver prior to participation. Our team will provide all necessary documentation when you book your experience.

Guests are welcome to enjoy the farmhouse, wraparound porches, outdoor firepit area, and designated grounds. We kindly ask that guests respect the boundaries of the equine areas and only interact with the horses under the guidance of Cowboy Dylan or a member of our team. The original 1750 homestead ruins are available to explore and are one of the most unique highlights of the property.

We offer flexible date changes with no expiration, making it easy to reschedule if your plans change. For cancellations, a full refund is available up to 30 days before arrival and a 50% refund is available up to 14 days before arrival. Please reach out to our team as soon as possible if you need to make any changes.
